Kate & Sam’s Lovely Lakefront Picnic Engagement- Chicago
When Sam and Kate approached me about having a picnic on the lake as their engagement session I was thrilled. Planning an activity for your engagement session is an excellent way to feel more comfortable in front of the camera. It creates a familiar environment and makes it easy to relax and just act natural.
Kate and Sam are infamous amongst their friends for their legendary picnic set up. And they certainly didn’t disappoint for our session. We set up in a sunny spot by their favorite stretch of the lake. Wine, bread, butter, and sea salt. It was beautiful and delicious. We spent the evening chatting, and watching the sun set over the Chicago skyline.
