This Summer I had the pleasure of shooting this gorgeous Ambassador House Wedding in Fishers, IN between Carly & Dugan. If you are looking for an amazing outdoor venue, just north of Indianapolis, this could be the perfect spot.

A stunning historic venue, the Ambassador House sports well lit and beautifully furnished rooms for getting ready. And it is complete with beautiful gardens, a patio, an outdoor ceremony space, and a spacious tent for an outdoor reception. The covered front porch provided a gorgeous location for portraits during the heat of the day. Your photos are sure to look bright and airy at this venue- with tons of natural light spilling in from all sides. The Reception area is right by a grassy meadow surrounded by mature trees, the perfect location for a dreamy golden hour session.

Carly and Dugan’s wedding aesthetic was clean and bright with colorful, whimsical details like wild flowers. We did their getting ready shots in the second floor of the Ambassador House. The nicely furnished, well lit rooms made for a relaxing and beautiful place to get ready. The florist, Woven Blooms, provided gorgeous wild flowers for us to use while taking their detail shots. The flowers, pooled in natural light on the historic hardwood floor created a Pinterest worthy look. Next we Carly and Dugan shared their first look in the shaded garden. They read their vows to each other, and we made some of the sweetest portraits from the day. Next we did wedding party portraits on the covered front porch. It provided just enough shade from the heat of the summer day. The ceremony was short and heartfelt, and before long the new married couple had everyone in the reception dancing the night away to their favorite oldies.
